How to Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your Hinglish Vinglish account using one of the methods below.
Option 1: Delete from the App
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the app:
- Open Hinglish Vinglish
- Tap the Settings icon (gear) in the top right
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm your decision when prompted
Option 2: Request via Email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by email:
- Send an email to support@keedastudios.com
- Use the subject line: "Delete My Account"
- Include the email address associated with your account
- We will process your request within 30 days
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your account information (email, name)
- All learning progress and XP points
- Streak history and achievements
- App preferences and settings
- Purchase history (note: you will not be refunded for any purchases)
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your learning progress will be lost. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account.
Deletion Timeline
Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. During this period, your account will be deactivated and you will not be able to access the app.
